Another belated episode has arrived! Sorry for the delay but the holidays were very busy and I’ve been up to my ears in work. I’m setting up a new studio in the basement, now I have an audio studio and a photo studio, but that will only benefit my show even more!
This week I’ve got a fantastic treat for you pork chop loving grilling enthusiests…Stuffed Pork Chop Calzone. The basil and sage give these babies a slightly different taste than what you might be accustomed to, but you’re going to absolutely love them. As a special ‘apology’ for taking two weeks off, I’m including a double dose of RealMenGrill by throwing in some Grilled Leeks in Orange Marinade. Mmmmmmm, I love these puppies.

I tell you what, Winter is just teasing us. Here I am in New Madison, OH. It’s December 27th, and a couple of days ago it was like 55 degrees. Today, it was in the upper 40’s. In fact, I put on a light jacket and was having a great time on my back deck grilling up some Brazilian Coconut Shrimp. I’m Ken Walker and this week I sent out a recipe to everyone on the newsletter list and today I’m gonna walk you through the process.

You’re listening to episode number 7 of the RealMenGrill podcast, for Friday, October 12th, 2007. I’m your host, Ken Walker and I’ve got a great show lined up for you this week. Let me tell you, winter is fast approaching and I for one love it! A lot of people grill in the summer and that’s great too, but I love it here in Ohio starting around Fall all the way through Spring because it’s a ton easier to cook slow and low when the temperature outside is 35 degrees!  With that said, this week, we’re gonna talk about what you can do to get ready for the Winter Grilling Season, that’s right we have basically four seasons in a year, so we’ve got four grilling seasons, because after all, any time is a good time to grill.

Welcome to episode number 6 of the RealMenGrill podcast. This week we’ve got something for you gas grillers. A lot of high end gas grills today have a smoking box, but there’s still a lot of gas grills out there that don’t, so I’m gonna show you how you can add real smoke flavor to your food, with a smoke pouch.
